I've been a lot of places to get my nails done all over Charlotte, tried all types of nail polish and decided that Gel is my favorite, which I supposed to last 2 weeks and a lot of places I've gotten my nails done it doesn't even last 1 week without chipping or peeling.
I've been to Cute Nails a few times and my manicure has always lasted 2 weeks+ and they offer OPI polish which is my favorite gel polish! They're also very close to home which is a plus! I think this is going to be my new regular nail salon; Tony & Polly are both great at what they do!
*New Ownership* I love this place and my nails are always perfect. The new owner Jen is amazingly sweet and professional. I would disregard negatives reviews posted the first half of 2018. The salon has a fresh look with updated furniture. There is a wide variety of colors to choose from across the board - regular, gel and dip powder. I get the dip powder (SNS). Most salons will soak your nails in a bowl of acetone for removal, which burns and so dying. Not here, Pholly/Jen takes her time to remove gently without the bowl of harshness. It takes me a while to get here so I stretch my nails to at least a month or so and there are never any chips between visits.
Troy did an amazing job on my acrylic fill + pedicure. I am VERY particular and I left very happy. The pedicure was thorough but quick (thank you!) I hate sitting there for hours especially if the tech is heavy handed. She was super gentle which I appreciated. My acrylics look so good! Capped my nails with polish, made sure they were smooth and even, didn't cut me, and laid a thin coat of acrylic. I mentioned that one nail looked a little crooked and she fixed it with no problems at all and seemed happy to do so. Thank you so much Troy for taking care of me, I'll be back in 2 weeks!
This was my first time here and it was a good experience. Tina (pedicure) and Mai (fill in) did a great job and I will return especially since I live less than 5 minutes away
